Before you make any final decisions to relocate to the Comox Valley, it is always good to have all the facts.  Let us customize a 1–3-night stay in one of our luxurious Villas situated on the 1^st fairway of our Championship Golf Course, giving you the opportunity to experience the Crown Isle Lifestyle.  Whether you golf or not, the Comox Valley has many year round and seasonal recreational options from hiking, biking, and beachcombing to fishing, boating, and skiing.   The residents of Crown Isle are a vibrant, active group that embrace what the community and surrounding area has to offer.  Enjoy the most temperate climate in Canada – not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the winter.  And as an added bonus…NO Bugs!  You can join fitness or golf groups, wine clubs or mingle with gardening enthusiasts.  Friendships and flowers both flourish on the Island.

How do you book? 
Special Relocation Vacation preferred rates are offered for both Villas and Golf.  Get started by contacting [email protected] and provide us with the month and days that best suit your schedule. Our Reservation Team will contact you directly and outline options for your stay.  Once you arrive and settle in, we recommend touring the community and surrounding area the first day before meeting one of our Team with specific questions about the Community and the Comox Valley relative to your personal lifestyle and desires.  Our philosophy is – If you can’t see yourself living within the Crown Isle Community, it just doesn’t matter how nice the property is.  You can build a beautiful home anywhere, it’s the location and the people that make it special.  Take some time and stroll through the Community, engage with the many residents out walking dogs or just getting in their steps. Who better to ask all your lifestyle questions than those that are already “Living the Dream”.  Now it’s time to discover what real estate opportunities might be available now or in the foreseeable future. After all, we are only halfway through development of the Crown Isle Community. 

Credit back program
If your fact finding mission is successful and you make the decision to move forward with a new property, either purchasing a building lot or new home (from Silverado Land Corp or Crown Isle Homes Ltd.), we will not only credit your initial Relocation Vacation** toward your new property’s Purchase Agreement, but we will also provide you with a second 3-night stay vacation (or equivalent value Resort credit) to allow you to get settled in your new home or to come back to make material selections for your new custom home. 

**Credit Back program includes airfare, car rental & villa accommodation up to $5,000 for each trip to a maximum of $10,000.  If multiple trips are required for custom home selections, special Real Estate preferred rates will apply.   If you are from the local area and do not require additional expenses such as airfare, car rental or accommodation, we will provide a $5,000 credit toward interior design or material selections for a new custom home or a Resort credit to products and services around the Resort Centre.
