Speed Training

Speed is the number #1 asset to being a better golfer and the winter is a great time to gain some speed. Starting October 23rd, Brian will be running clinics to offer clients a chance to gain both muscle and speed. Speed sticks are used by countless professionals and will help you hit the ball farther in a more dynamic way. Last year he ran the clinic with 6 people and the average gain in miles per hour was 4mph. Now that may not seem like much but every mile per hour equals 3 yards. So on average the group was looking at 12 yards of distance.

This clinic will be done in a group setting on the driving range and indoors. The clinic includes 8 sessions that run over two months. There will be testing done week 1 and week 8. This clinic includes the sticks for you to keep and is $450.00 plus tax. This is one of the best ways to improve your golf game and get a workout at the same time. The sooner you sign in the better chance you will get your sticks on time.

Clinic Dates  October 23rd, October 30th, November 6th, November 13th, November 20th, November 27th and December 4th.

Clinic Time- 10:00am (1hour)

If sessions need to be done indoors we will break the sessions into 15 minute intervals.

If you are interested in this clinic please click on the following link and you can sign up. If you own the speed sticks already please send Brian an email and hr will let you know the price.

Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Swing and Movement Clinic

Last but not least is the TPI program for the fall. This program is for someone prepared to really commit to improving not only their swing but also their movement. TPI and Brian believe that a lot of our flaws in the golf swing are due to our bodies not knowing how to move a certain way or not being able to move that way. In this session we will start with an evaluation of your body and how the movement patterns are. Following that we will examine your swing. Next we will discuss how we can attack the problems both in the gym and on the driving range. TPI has been a part of almost every PGA tour win this year and Brian wanted to offer this opportunity to you. Each session will be catered to the individual with gym and range time. Some of the sessions we will have more than one person depending on what we are working on. It is always more fun to workout and practice with other people.

Each week sessions will be organized by Brian to place you where he thinks you need the most work. Sessions will be on Thursdays (4:00pm), Friday (4:00pm) evenings and Saturday mornings (8:30am). Sessions will be anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours.

Brian would schedule your sessions each week to make sure you are placed in the proper time for what you need to work on. I will obviously keep in mind your schedule and time. 1 to 2 sessions per week are included.

Cost of the Program: $300 plus tax a month. The longer you commit to the program the more we can get in shape as well.
