Silverado West Coast Grill at Crown Isle Resort features a selection of west coast favorites combined with local flavours. Some of our Chef's favorites are the local oysters from aquaculture farm proprietor Holly Wood. As a result our "Hollywood Oyster Platter" is a restaurant favorite. The local area, Baynes Sound in particular, provides us with the best shellfish portfolio available. The menu has something for everyone and it is made from scratch meaning that when you eat at Crown Isle your food is always fresh.

Our chef's desire to move to the use of local ingredients has had an amazing impact upon the flavours. For example our local supplier of meats Tannadice Farms Ltd. raises their livestock with a strategy of being "Healthful, ethical, and local." This strategy certainly pays dividends when it comes to flavour and texture accompanied by the benefits of a better and healthier product. Eatmore Sprouts and Greens Ltd. provides us with organic greens that are the best that Mother Nature has to offer. As a result our salads and greens in general have never been more flavourful, combined with our scratch made dressings we find that our guests always eat their vegetables!

The ambiance of our Dining Room is second to none in the region. Guests enjoy the beautiful atmosphere under the glass conservatory or outside on the patio, complete with a view of the 18th hole, the Comox Glacier and coastal mountains.

The Timber Room Pub

Hours of Operation: Breakfast served 7:30am-11:30am, Kitchen closes at 10pm. Last call for Bar 11:30pm close at 12:00am

Our social lounge, the Timber Room Pub, carries on with local flavour and has a broad ranging menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu offers a combination of hearty meals, some local artisan creations, and lighter fare served with our own frosty Crown Ale. The forestry theme decor with heavy timbers and massive stone fireplace offer a comfortable environment, while the outdoor patio is a perfect place to enjoy a beverage after a day of golf.

Either of our in house Restaurants is happy to host your group for a special function. Our amazing menu can be tailored to suit the needs of any function small or large.
