2012 / 2013 Members Tee Time Booking Policy
Members will have specific booking privileges up to 4 weeks prior to their requested day and time, except for Friday and Saturday before 1 PM. Due to the large number of members trying to make advance bookings for these two days, the Golf Shop will conduct a draw 4 weeks prior to every Friday / Saturday, for the available tee times on these days. There will be a Members block of tee times, Fridays 7:06am - 9:21am and Saturday 7:06am - 9:39am.
The Mens Club and Ladies Club will have their regular blocks of tee times, with the remaining times within the Member block being available for the draw. As well, any times not booked by corporate groups, villa guests etc., prior to 1 PM, will also be available for the draw.
Members wishing to to be part of the draw will submit their request, one tee time per member ballot, to the Golf Shop, by the Thursday before the draw. Ballots will be drawn and the tee time requested or the next closest time available will assigned to the Ballot member.
After the draw, all tee times will be made available for general booking on a first come basis. The draw process will begin Friday March 4th for tee times on Friday April 1st, ballots available in the Golf Shop. Tee time bookings made outside the 4 week booking window may be subject to change or cancellation, as required by the Golf Resort.
