We are seeking a Seasonal Lead Gardener (Greens Department) who can provide routine manual labour in the care and maintenance of all resort gardens.

The ideal candidate must be capable of leading small crews and possess extensive knowledge of the most common plant materials and be proficient in basic landscape tasks. The candidate must also display physical strength, stamina and agility appropriate to the demands of the job and understand the rules and etiquette of golf.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, work well under pressure and exercise strong leadership capabilities. A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar setting is required and a Certificate in the hospitality industry would be considered an asset.
